| Warranty Information |

- The manufacturor will restore the product to working order in accordance with factory specifications in effect at the time the product was manufactured, or replaced that is at least equivalent to the original product.
- DURATION OF WARRANTY: 60 Days
- THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS:
Damaged through tampering, improper use, negligence, misuse, abuse, or accident;
Modified or repaired by anyone other than IBSG authorized service center; Damaged due to connection to the equipment of other manufacturers, or improper power sources; Physical damage or damages resulting from modification, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized servicing, or usage in any unsuitable or abnormal operating environment; and, Unauthorized disassembly or removal of any components from the product.

Return Policy |
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. Before returning any item, you must contact our Technical Support for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). with your Item Number and Invoice Number available.
- The RMA Returns must be returned to the specified address within ten (10) days after the RMA number has been issued. Returns made after this period will be subject to at least fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.

Shipment Related Loss or Damage |
- The customer must report damages or shortages immediately or at most within 7 days contacting our Customer Support Representative to receive a Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and return damaged product within 14 days, in original condition you received from the carrier.
- No disassembly or removal of any components from the product in returned goods is allowed.
